    Ike Belk is the co-founder/owner of the US Performance Center, continuing his family's legacy of supporting world-class amateur sports. His vision for USPC extends beyond traditional National team training, integrating cutting-edge research, sports performance, and health innovation.

    With a commitment to advancing human performance, he has played a pivotal role in establishing USPC as a collaborative hub for athletes, researchers, and industry leaders. Ike's leadership ensures that USPC remains a driving force in sports science, athlete development, and overall wellness.

  • USA BOXING ATHLETE REP.

    Steven Colome, an amateur boxer at the light heavyweight (80 kg) weight class on the USA Boxing High Performance Squad, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Marketing and Behavioral Economics. Colome also serves as the Athlete Representative on the USA Boxing Nominating and Governance Committee and the Athlete Advisory Council.

    His mission is to share share the invaluable positivity of boxing and achieve a gold medal in LA 2028.

  • TRUSTEE

    Randall Dick is an innovative leader with RANGE: a proven aptitude for working in unique settings to improve the health and safety of diverse populations (medical, performing arts, athletic).  He is a Fellow and former Board of Trustee of the American College of Sports Medicine and worked for twenty years with the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) developing and managing its sports medicine and injury prevention programs.  He has served on the US Lacrosse Sports Science Committee, as consultant for Major League Baseball and has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and multiple book chapters on a variety of sports medicine and performing arts issues. 

    He has developed research applications for large electronic health records at both Eli Lilly and Company and IBM Watson Health.  

    Since 2015, Randall has led Athletes and the Arts, a non-profit collaboration of 18 sports medicine and performing arts organizations committed to optimizing performing artist wellness and performance.

    Jane Dong is passionate about growing the sport of boxing as an amateur fighter herself. She was a Division I golfer at Columbia University, where she earned her BA in Economics and also has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jane has worked in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, Operations at Uber, and currently heads operations at a healthcare startup.

    Donald has been a member of the USA Boxing Foundation since 2023, and currently competes in the Masters Division of USA Boxing.

    Donald has over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. His other professional certification includes National Social Security Advisor®. He holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BA from Temple University’s Fox School Of Business.

    Donald serves on the board of several charitable and nonprofit organizations including Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Montgomery County Community College, Treasurer for Temple University’s Fox School of Business Alumni board and Vice President of North Penn Education Foundation.

    Darryl Smith is an entrepreneur, private equity investor and advisor. He currently serves as Operating Partner, for Windage Partners, a Dallas-based private equity fund focused on acquiring middle market aerospace and defense companies.

    Darryl served his country as a Captain in the U. S. Marine Corps. Darryl earned a B.S. in Economics from the U. S. Naval Academy and has an MBA from the Wharton School. He was Brigade Boxing Champion in his weight class at Annapolis and won eastern and national college boxing honors.
